Instructions

STEP 1:

Cut the beef up into small strips. Use the first cooking pan and start stove on medium heat. Stir up beef until brown. Poke it with a fork when you think it’s done, to make sure it doesn’t bleed. Set beef aside.

STEP 2:

noodle

while waiting for the beef to cook, you can fill the pot up with water and set it on the stove on high. Wait until the water starts bubbling and then cook the noodles. Go two cups at a time so that it has time to really soak the noodles.

STEP 3:

bean sprouts
carrot
ice
noodle
onion
zucchini

now go back to the cutting board and start on the veggies. Dice the onion, quarter the zucchini, and slice the carrots. Add the onion to the second cooking pan and stir for about five minutes. Add the zucchini, wait five minutes, then add the carrots. Add the bean sprouts for a couple minutes only. Once everything is cooked and ready, add the beef and the veggies to the pot with the noodles.

STEP 4:

soy sauce

add the soy sauce and stir for a couple minutes. Serve warm. When serving, you can drizzle with hoi sin sauce. Just my opinion, but i think it tastes pretty darn good with hoi sin sauce. I drown it in that stuff.
