Crunchy Cottage Pie
- Minced beef- fresh or frozen?
- 2 packets of crisps (ready salted)
Cook the minced beef with a tiny bit of water in a frying pan, and some gravy(already mixed with water) and simmer,
while beef is cooking boil some potatoes, once boiled mash with milk and butter until its lump free and creamy. Leave to stand.
Once beef is cooked pour into a oven dish and add the mash potatoes on top,
sprinkle some grated cheese on top of the mash pots(i add loads)
then crush up the crisps while in the packet still, once crisps are crushed sprinkle all over the top of cottage pie, place in oven for 20mins yummy! Once top had gone brown serve with vegtables
