Ingredients

  • Keema 1 1/2 kg
  • Hara dhaniya 1 dhadi
  • Hari marich 5
  • Egg 1
  • Besan 1 se 2 cup
  • Lal marich 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp

Method

Sab se phele keeme main hara dhaniya hari marich dal kar pisen phir is main tamam masale egg or besan dal kar mix karen phir round shape bana kar fry karen phir plate main nekal kar upar hara dhaniya dal kar savre karen ap ke mazedar kofte tayyar
