Italian Style Meatloaf

Ingredients
- Serves 4
- This recipe may take awhile to cook but it only takes 10 minutes of prep time
- 450g minced beef
- 1 1/2 eggs beaten
- 55g dry breadcrumbs
- 40ml ketchup
- 1 tsp italian style seasoning (readily available in most supermarkets)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 4g garlic salt (if this can't be found just season the food as you would normally and add a minced clove of garlic)
- Can of chopped tomatoes (drained of excess juices)
- 110g grated cheese (mozzerella is best)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 170
2. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together
3. Press into a loaf tin
4. Bake in the oven for about an hour






This is super easy but super yummy... The best meatloaf ive eaten :d thanks
