Chicken Pesto Pasta

Really easy to make and tasty.

Ingredients

• Chicken Breast
• Tomato (your choice as to whether you buy it diced in a can, whole tomato’s in a can or fresh)
• Minced Garlic
• Olive Oil
• Pasta
• Pesto
• Salt and Pepper
• Quantities vary depending on how many you’re cooking for, pretty much just play it by ear.

Instructions

STEP 1:

First off get your pasta cooking.

STEP 2:

Dice your chicken and tomato.

STEP 4:

Heat up up the oil in a pan and add your chicken and garlic. How much garlic you put in pretty much depends on how much you like garlic.

STEP 5:

Once chicken has been cooking for a few minutes just add the tomato.

STEP 6:

Let it cook for a little while longer.

STEP 7:

STEP 8:

Drain your pasta and then add the pesto to it (for two servings worth of pasta I usually put a tablespoon of pesto in). Make sure you mix it up right through the pasta.

Then it’s just a matter of serving it up.
