balsamic vinegar
garlic
honey
oil
olive
olive oil
pepper
sugar
vinegar

1. In a bowl mix the balsamic vinegar, honey, worcester sauce, garlic, sugar, pepper and olive oil.

2. Place the chicken breast in to the bowl with the mixture. Cover the bowl in cling film or foil and shake gently, coating the chicken.

3. Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours, shaking in gently half way through.

4. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken for 10-15 minuets, juice may seep from the chicken, don’t worry! The sauce caramelises and adds flavour.
