Cheap canapes

Ingredients

£2 smoked salmon trimmings from Asda
potato cakes
soft cheese
yoghurt
jam

Method

Spread soft cheese onto the potato cakes then put the smoked salmon trimmings on.
Put a small amount of youghurt on top and a very little jam on top of that.
Serve to impress.
