STEP 1:

?preheat oven to 140 degrees

STEP 2:

cooking spray

?grease the cake tin with butter or cooking spray oil

STEP 3:

butter
cream
sugar

?using an electric beater, cream butter and sugar for 5 minutes or until the colour is pale and fluffy.

STEP 4:

eggs

?add one eggs at a time, beating well with each addition.

STEP 5:

flour

?fold in sifted flour

STEP 6:

?pour mixture into greased pan and bake for 1 1/4 hours (cover with alfoil if the cake is browning too quickly)

STEP 7:

?cool in tin before taking it out.
