All Flavour Cupcakes

Yummy cupcakes perfect for parties

Ingredients

• 125g soft butter
• 125g caster sugar
• 2 eggs
• 125g self raising flour
• 1 tablespoon milk
• a large mixing bowl a wooden spoon
• a small bowl
• a cupcake tray/muffin tin
• cupcake cases

Instructions

STEP 1:

1. Preheat oven to 190c

2.Put the butter and sugar in a large bowl stir hard until they are completely mixed together

3.Crack the eggs into a smaller bowl and then tip them into the sugar and butter mixture

4.Add the flour and tablespoon of milk and stir again to make a nice smooth mixture

.Add two teaspoons of raspberry jam to the frosting
