Amy’s famous gooey cocoa pud

REALLY EASY!

Ingredients

• 100g butter
• 100g sugar (any)
• 2 eggs
• 75g self raising flour
• 25g cocoa powder

Instructions

STEP 1:

set your oven for about 160 degrees

STEP 2:

Butter and sugar mixed first

STEP 3:

add flour and egg

STEP 4:

add cocoa powder

STEP 5:

cook for 25-27 mins

STEP 6:

the outside should be soft and cakey, the middle will be gooey and chocolatey

STEP 7:

serve with icecream 🙂
