Eggy Bread With Cinnamon

Lovely fried eggy bread with cinnamon sugar

Ingredients

• 6 slices of bread
• 3 eggs
• 1/4 cup milk
• 4 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

STEP 1:

1) apart from bread, mix well all ingredients

STEP 2:

2) cut bread into 4 squares each

STEP 3:

3) heat oil in a large frying pan

STEP 4:

4) dip into eggy mixture and shallow fry until golden brown

STEP 5:

5) turn over with spatula and brown the other side

STEP 6:

6) drain on paper towels and enjoy!
