Heavenly Strawberry Dessert

Affordable and easy to make

Ingredients

• Strawberry yoghurt
• strawberry jelly powder
• condensed milk
• flake chocolate
• crushed biscuits(your choice)
• fresh strawberries, half cut (optional)
• fruit cocktail(drained)

Instructions

STEP 1:

1. In a bowl, prepare jelly as per instructions on the packet and allow to cool.

STEP 2:

2. Mix yoghurt and condensed milk in a jelly mixture, beat well until creamy and smooth.

STEP 3:

3. In a bowl, lay enough biscuits to cover the base, followed by fruit cocktail, then pour yoghurt mixture. Repeat the steps until your bowl is almost filled.

STEP 4:

4. Garnish with choc flakes and strawberries

STEP 5:

5. Refrigerate and serve chilled/cold.
