STEP 1:

1. Cut off the mango head so that the top of mango seed is visible.

STEP 2:

2. With a pointed knife start cutting from the edge of the seed.

3. Twist the seed by holding it on its head and pull.

4. Fill in kulfi in the vacant space in mango.

5. Keep in freezer till kulfi hardens.
