micro choc cake

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoon self raising flour
• 4 tablespoon sugar
• 2 tablespoon cocoa or hot choc powder
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoon milk
• 2 tablespoon of choc chips/nuts or raisins (optional)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions

STEP 1:

put the flour, sugar and cocoa/choc powder into a huge jug and mix well.

STEP 2:

add the egg and mix, then add milk, essence and choc chips/nuts/raisins if using.

STEP 3:

mix well.

STEP 4:

put jug in micro and cook on hi for 4-5 mins test with a knife and if more cooking needed do it in 30 second blasts
