The best potato wedges..ever!!

Ingredients

Potatoes (any potatoes work for this generally)
Oil
Salt
For awesome dip-
Mayo
Garlic Puree
Mixed herbs

Method

Pre-heat oven to 190 degrees. Cut your potatoes into wedges, place into a baking tray, drizzle oil over the wedges and sprinkle with salt. Pop into the oven for 20/30 mins, or however long it takes for them to become brown and crunchy looking! For a delicious dip for dunking them in, get a few dollops of mayo, stir in some garlic mayo and add some mixed herbs. Perfect party food, and sooo easy to make! Enjoy!
