tin of tuna in brine or oil
pasta any you like
tin of mushroom or chicken soup
pepper and a few herbs of your choice
Put pasta on to boil add pepper and herbs
drain and flake tuna open tin of soup
drain pasta when cooked add soup to pasta return to low heat add more herbs if required
when soup heated remove from heat stir in tuna and serve with hot crusty bread
