Mediteranian pasta sauce

A simple but yummy dish suitable for vegetarians!

Ingredients

Instructions

STEP 1:

garlic
olive
olive oil
onion

1) Chop onions and garlic, then put a squirt of olive oil in the sauce pan and cook the onions and garlic for 5 mins.

STEP 2:

herbs
mushroom
tomato

2) Next chop the peppers and mushrooms and add to the pan. after another 5 mins add the tinned tomatoes. Add the herbs, and simmer for 10 mins, stiring regularly.

STEP 3:

pasta

3) Meanwhile cook the pasta (boiling in a pan for around 10 mins in water with a pinch of salt added).

4) plate up and enjoy

I also find this recipe tastes extra yummy if, when you add the tomatoes, also add a teaspoon or two of either HP brown sauce or regge regge sauce 😉
