Super easy

Ingredients

• 2 boiled and diced potatoes
• chopped onions
• some mint
• pinch of chat masala
• salt to taste

Instructions

STEP 1:

Fry potatoes until crisp brown

STEP 2:

keep them in a bowl add salt, onion and chat masala….

STEP 3:

mix well and keep aside

STEP 4:

now …Grind mint with some water add it to the bowl..

STEP 5:

toss all ingredients well..

STEP 6:

and enjoy your easy aloo chat
