Herby Cheese Pasta

Good for lunchbox

Ingredients

• Pasta
• Mayonnaise
• Grated Cheese
• Spinach
• Sweetcorn
• Mixed Herbs (tescos value for less than 20p work fine!)

Instructions

STEP 1:

1. Put the pasta on to boil, add the spinach and sweetcorn part way through.

2. When cooked drain and put straight in lunchbox or on plate. Add a dollop of mayonnaise and the cheese. You should find the heat of the pasta melts the cheese and makes the mayonnaise more liquidy. Stir in mixed herbs.
