STEP 1:

WHISK IN A JUG 3 EGGS AND ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

STEP 2:

MELT A LARGE KNOB OF BUTTER IN A FRYING PAN OVER A MEDIUM HEAT

STEP 3:

ADD THE EGG MIXTURE AND IMMEDIATELY START TO GENTLY WHISK IN THE PAN

STEP 4:

FOR 30 SECONDS

STEP 5:

ALLOW OMMLETTE TO SET IN PAN NOW FOR 1 MINUTE

STEP 6:

GENTLY FLICK UP ALL THE EDGES OF THE OMLETTE WITH A SPATULA OR FISH SLICE

STEP 7:

ADD CHEESE AND HAM TO TOM OF OMLETTE

STEP 8:

ONCE CHEESE IS MELTED YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FOLD ONE HALF OF THE OMLETTE OVER THE OTHER HALF IN THE PAN

STEP 9:

TIP ONTO A PLATE AND SERVE WITH SALAD
