1 quater of a white cabbage
1 carrot
1 medium apple
2x15ml spoons of low fat mayonais
1)shred the cabbage into thin strips
2)top and tail the carrot thaen peel and grate
3)peel and grate the apple
4)place the cabbage gratted carrot and apple and mix together in a mixing bowl and add the mayonais
5)mix it all together
