A healthy mix on toast

Ingredients

*tin chopped tomatoes
*1 onion, chopped
*EITHER tin mixed beans/salad beans.. cooked before hand if it says so on the tin, you dont want them all hard
*OR handfull cheese (delicious but not as healthy)
*toast

(you could probably try the beans and cheese together, but i personally havent so i dont want to recommend it)

Method

...basically, fry the onion a little bit on a lowish heat (dont burn!) so it goes sweet and yummy
... Add the chopped tomatoes and then chuck in either the beans or the cheese and just stir around til the beans have heated or the cheese has melted (will only take a minute if that)
...slop it all over your toast and there you have it!
