  • Chilli (tinned or home-made)
  • Tortillas
  • Cheeses (the more mature the better)
  • Peppers

1) heat the chilli and grill peppers
2) heat the tortilla in a pan with no oil
3) take tortilla and put the chilli, cheese(s) and the grilled peppers in, hen fold into parcel.

  • How long does this take???????????????????/

  • Eh nooo i think you'll find you just described an enchilada.

Bella is correct, burritos have rice. Also a meat, pinto beans, salsa, cheese, guacamole and salsa.

  • Burritos do not have rice. They meant to be meat ( not chili) or egg filled ( egg and bacon, or potato) parcels that are then put into the oven and cooked so the outside goes hard. Otherwise it is just a taco that is been folded differently. Fajita's are meat strips that are cooked normally with onions, peppers to flavour the meat and then put into a "taco" or eaten with tortillas. All burritos can be made and then frozen and reheated in the oven for quick snacks.

  • Have eaten and enjoyed burritos but couldn`t remember the ingredients. After trying many big name chef sites, clearly the young and the old enjoy simple cheap and healthy ideas. Most enjoyable. Thank you adam
