Cheese And Bacon Pinwheels

  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • 1/2 - 1 pack of bacon
  • Grated cheese
  • Mustard or marmite (optional)


1- preheat oven to 200c, roll out the pastry into a large rectangle
2- spread the pastry with a little mustard or marmite
3- chop the bacon into small pieces and fry until browned and cook through
4- scatter the bacon and cheese over the pastry
5- roll up into a swiss roll type shape, and then cut it into roughly1cm slices
6- arrange these on a greased baking tray, leaving ample space between them as they will swell and rise.
7- put in oven until they become brown and crispy (around 15mins)
