Ingredients

white thick bread

1 egg

glug of sunflower oil

caster sugar

squeeze of lemon juice

Method

Dip two slices of bread into your beaten egg till covered completly ...heat some oil in your pan fry bread till golden brown on both sides ...
Put on a plate sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
