STEP 1:

butter
garlic

Stick the oven on. Cut the pittas in half sideways to make them nice and thin. Cut these halves nice big triangles, spread each triangle with butter/spread of your choice, season with salt, pepper and garlic and whack in the oven for 8-10 minutes (depending on the quality of your trusty oven of course!)
