Cheese and tomato macaroni

A very simple way of making macaroni cheese

STEP 1:

Cook the macaroni in plenty of salted boiling water.

STEP 2:

Chop the onion and fry in a pan with a teaspoon of oil.

STEP 3:

Add the soup.

STEP 4:

Stir continuously until heated through.

STEP 5:

Add 3/4 of the cheese (or all of the cheese if you aren’t going to do the optional bit) and stir in until melted.

STEP 6:

When macaroni is cooked, strain and add to the sauce. Stir round.

This is the optional bit. Put it into a cassarole dish and sprinkle on breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Pop in oven for 10 mins.
