Courgettes with single cream

Ingredients

Courgettes
Garlic
Basil
Olive oil / butter / both
Single cream
Optionals:
Shrimp
Ham
etcetc

Method

Chuck in the oil, chopped garlic and basil into a frying pan/saucepan.
Fry the chopped courgettes in this pan.
You can add other stuff like shrimps or ham or something here.
When the courgettes are almost done, chuck in a few spoonfuls of single cream.
Done :)
