For most students, being healthy is easier said than done. But with one University study finding 94% of students wishing they were healthier, what’s stopping them? Well, the reality is, most don’t know where to start, so really it’s no surprise that most of us live off ready meals and takeaways.
It’s that time of the year again, yep – exam time! Whilst many of you think you’ve got more important things to worry about than what you’re having for tea, that’s one big mistake right there. What’s more, us Brits are the worst in Europe for stocking up on them. £1.9bn was spent on ready meals in last year alone, double that of France and even triple that of Spain. More than 1/3 of adults in the UK admit to eating ready meals more than once a week – I wonder how many of those guilty are students...
