It’s a new year and a fresh new start. I know a lot of students are getting on the ‘health kick’ bandwagon and are wanting to cook better and healthier meals for themselves to give them that brain power and kick to start the day. By cooking your own meals as a student you can cook in larger batches that can be stored away in the fridge or freezer for a later date.
