When it comes to students, it’s safe to say most of us (including myself!) aren’t Michelin starred trained. In fact, most are limited as to what they can do in the kitchen – but you don’t have to be an outstanding chef to be able to cook up something not only delicious but nutritious too.
So, for many students right now it's that dreaded time of year... dissertation time. Some of us are right on track whilst others are leaving it to the last minute.
So the new academic year is well under way and we are already being set those deadlines before the Christmas holidays approach. This does not mean you have to feel stressed or under any pressure though, being organised is the key to a happy and less stressful time at university and it will leave you feeling reassured of your deadline dates, give you time to sleep and go out and socialise with your friends as well as giving yourself to go home and enjoy time with your family.
Fairtrade Fortnight ended on Sunday 10 March, a fortnight designated to raising Fairtrade awareness. However it’s not only during this fortnight that Fairtrade should be chosen, with many brands providing Fairtrade goods without you perhaps even realising; and they also don’t cost as much as you may think.
