When those three summer months come round, it’s hard to resist the temptation of going on holiday with friends, especially to get away from the 9am lectures and 5,000 word essays. Time flies when you’re having fun, and before you know it you’ll be packing your stuff back up even though it only seems like yesterday when you moved in. Hopefully for most of you in first year at Uni, living in halls of residence has been a good experience, sure it’s never a smooth ride for anybody but hopefully you’ve had fun, met some great people and most importantly enjoyed yourself.
So the new academic year is well under way and we are already being set those deadlines before the Christmas holidays approach. This does not mean you have to feel stressed or under any pressure though, being organised is the key to a happy and less stressful time at university and it will leave you feeling reassured of your deadline dates, give you time to sleep and go out and socialise with your friends as well as giving yourself to go home and enjoy time with your family.
