It’s the end of the Spring Term at university, and those all important deadlines are looming. For some, our dissertations are nearly over and we can enjoy the Summer Term with all the fun events that uni has to offer. For others, there are still exams and deadlines to meet well into the next and last term of the academic year.
Can you feel the cold snap yet? Yep, autumn is coming – and whether you love the cold or not, fear not! Coming into season are some nutritious vegetables and fruits that will warm you up and keep you going through those early morning starts and keep the winter flu at bay. What’s more, supermarkets fresh weekly offers have started to sell these vegetables and fruits at prices that we can all afford!
If you’re like me, you tend to experience a tonne of stress and anxiety in the run up to a big exam. A certain small amount of stress is good; it keeps you on your toes and shows you care! However, in excess it can lead to lack of sleep, poor appetite and prolonged bad moods, which can all have negative impacts on your exam performance if not dealt with head on.
