Even though reports suggest employment rates are on the rise and the economy is improving, majority of the population are yet to feel the effects of these claims. ‘Afternoon tea’ is something that people like to think us British people take part in on a daily basis. Unfortunately, with the busy and hectic lifestyles we now lead this is not always the case. Although, it is nice to take part in one of our well-known traditions once in a while, take 20 minutes out of our day and indulge in a little ‘you’ time for a slice of cake and a cuppa.

If you ask most people to sum up their student experience in a couple of words, you will most likely get something along the lines of “the best years of my life”. This is what makes depression and students so dangerous – it’s under the radar and very rarely talked about. So what about those students who aren’t lucky enough to have the same experience?
