Step 1:

  • ?preheat oven to 140 degrees

  • ?grease the cake tin with butter or cooking spray oil

  • ?using an electric beater, cream butter and sugar for 5 minutes or until the colour is pale and fluffy.

  • ?pour mixture into greased pan and bake for 1 1/4 hours (cover with alfoil if the cake is browning too quickly)
