Step 1: 1. Mix up the milk and the porridge.
Step 3: 2. Add the sugar and vanilla essence and stir thoroughly.
Step 5: 3. Put the dish into the microwave and heat until porridge is cooked, stirring after about a minute and a half if it hasnt cooked by then. (if you dont have a microwave then heating it on the hob is fine, just make sure you keep stirring so that it doesnt stick to the bottom!)
Step 7: 4. Add the peanut butter and jam.
