1. Cook the minced beef in a pot
2. When the beef is no longer pink, add the tin of tomato soup and add seasonings and pepper. (i like paprika and a mixed creole seasoning).
3. Add the rice to the soup then measure the same volume of the rice added and pour it into the mixture.
4. There are 2 options to the next step, a) transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in a 180 degree oven covered for 30 minutes before removing from the oven, sprinkling with cheese and returning to the oven for 5 minutes. B) leave in the pot with a lid for 25 minutes then sprinkle the cheese on top of the casserole before serving.
Ditch the meat but still spice up the night!!
