Turn oven on to 200 degress
lightly fry onion in the fat.
flake the corned beef
add potatoes, onion, seasoning and egg yolk. Mix well.
shape into 6 patties about 1 inch in depth
wrap bacon rashers around each one, fasten with cocktail sticks.
place on ovenproof dish.
put into the oven for 25 mins or until bacon is brown and crispy
