1. Heat oil in saucepan. Add onion, garlic, bacon and fry for 5 minutes.
2. Add beef and fry for another 5 minutes or until it loses the pink colour.
3. Stir in all the remaining ingredients.
4. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve with fluffy white rice.
