A lush chilli serves 2-4



  • 250g minced beef, 1 onion, 1 green pepper, 1 carton of tomatoes, 1 can kidney beans, 2 teaspoons of Worcester sauce, and ½ dessert spoon chilli powder, ½ cup rice.


1. Chop and fry onion

2. Add mince and brown off

3. Chop and de-seed pepper

4. Add the tomatoes, pepper, beans, Worcester sauce and chilli powder

5. Simmer for 20 mins

6. Cook rice in 1-2 cups water in microwave for 10 mins or until fluffy

7. Serve together.
