Peel and chop the potatoes.
bring to the boil and simmer for 15 mins
fry the onion and the beef mince until brown
add the canned tomatoes and simmer for 4 mins
mash the potatoes adding a little grated cheese for flavour
put the beef mince, tomatoes and onions in the bottom of a oven dish
add the mash ontop and finish with a sprinkling of cheese
bake for 10-15 mins or until slightly browned on top.
