Brown ground beef, while it's browning dice up your onion and peppers and chuck them in there too. Heat up the beans while your beef is browning. I use the microwave cause the idea is for this to be quick and easy. Dump Salsa into large bowl. Dump hot beans on salsa. Dump one bag of cheese on beans. Dump beef/onion/pepper mix on cheese. Dump the other bag of cheese on the beef. Stir well. Season to taste. I like a healthy dose of garlic powder and a bit of chili powder. Serve wrapped in soft tortillas, with tortilla chips, or just by itself. Gorge.
