Cut frying steak into strips
Chop peppers and onion into large chunks or strips
Chop tomatoes into chunks
Heat large frying pan with oil whilst boiling the rice bearing in mind the cooking time of the rice. microwave rice is just as acceptable
Add to pan; steak, onion, herbs, chilli flakes and tabsco to taste, any of which can be left out
Add peppers and allow to fry for two to three minutes and then add tomatoes
when tomatoes heated and softened slightly.
you should time this so as this happens, rice is cooked.
Strain rice and add to plate, pouring the contents of the frying pan on top.
