Easy Peasy Beef Stir-Fry

A delicious (and easy) recipe for beef stir-fry!



  • 500g of diced beef (or whatever meat you want to use)
  • 3 tablespoons of Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • A dash of Teriyaki Sauce to taste
  • A pinch of Sugar
  • 2 x cup of frozen vegetables (or if you have fresh vegetables on hand, use them instead)


1. Fry beef for a minute until browned and then set aside

2. Fry vegetables for 3 - 4 minutes

3. Add beef, stir through for 30 seconds and turn off heat

4. Add sauces and toss through

5. Serve with rice or noodles immediately
