peel boill and mash potaoes ,fry mince then drain off excess fat.
add grated carrot,tinned tomatoes,crumble in oxo cube,spoon over mashed potatoe,fork top into small peaks sprinkle over grated cheese ,cook for about 40 mins done !(the grated carrot gives it a slight nutty flavour )
