Firstly, turn your oven onto 180degrees.
then mix your mince with some finely diced onion, inside a large bowl, using you hands, then place breadcrumbs into the bowl, then you'll need to grate both of the carrots, and mix that into your mince mixture, next dollop the soysauce over the mince mixture to give it some moisture, and also put the worcester sauce in it too, after you have finished your mince mixture, you'll need to place some flour on a chopping board for you to roll out the mince into patties, now using a tablespoon, scoop out some of the mince mixture and roll it into a pattie of any size you desire, now repeat that until the mixture is finished, now put canola oil into a pan, and simply brown your patties, and put into a cooking tray underneath the oven to cook.
