1. Cook mince in frying pan with a small amount of oil until brown.
2. Place into an oven-proof dish.
3. Add gravy granules.
4. Add chopped vegetables.
5. Cover with boiled water.
6. Place in oven at 180oC
7. Make dumplings by mixing 100g self-raising flour with 50g suet and stick together using cold water. Make into medium sized balls.
8. Add dumplings to stew. Cook all for roughly 20 minutes (dependant on oven) or until dumplings are lightly browned.

You havent told us how long it cooks for?
If you brown the mince before putting in oven.
