Beef cooked in the slower cooker with onion and mushrooms

STEP 1:

Trim any fat off the beef….

add the beef to your slow cooker, add sliced onion, fill with cold water (enough to cover your meat and veg)

add your beef stock pots and stir in to dissolve

STEP 6:

cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, in the last half an hour add your mushrooms to the slow cooker!

also when you add the mushrooms, add gravy granuals (the amount depends on how thick you want your gravy to be!)

check it’s all hot & serve with mash potatoes, veg and yorkshire puddings 🙂
