Finely slice an onion and add to a slow cooker.
Cut beef into bite-sized chunks and add to onions.
Pour about an inch of water over the contents of the slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6.
Add frozen veg and mix. I used peas and sweetcorn.
Add gravy granules to thicken the liquid.
Season and mix well.
Put one portion of the pie filling into an oven proof dish, I use single serving pie dishes.
I served mine with chips.
Pre-heat oven to 180 C
Take a sheet of filo pastry and cut it in 4.
Scrunch each sheet and top the pie.
Brush or spray with oil.
Cook in oven for 10 minutes or until pastry is golden brown
