Step 1: 1) for each burger you make, mix half a spoonfull of each spice into a shallow dish.
Step 3: 2) butterfly cut the chicken and coat the chicken breast lightly with oil. Cover with the spices.
Step 5: 3) heat some oil in a pan to a high heat and fry the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
Step 7: 4) assemble the burgers with lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and onion. Cheese and mayonaise are optional but go great.
Step 9: 5) serve immediately with any side you find tasty.
